Mr. Danilov achieved his B.Sc. degree in Economics from the Tel Aviv University (Israel). He is also a graduate of the Business Consultants' Course at the Israel Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Information Technologies Course at the BAAN Corporation.

Since 1997, Mr. Danilov is a licensed business consultant for the Israel Ministry of Industry and Trade. Since 1998, he is a licensed consultant in international marketing for the Israel Export Institute.

Mr. Danilov possesses 7 years' experience in the development of business plans for investment funds, state funds, commercial banks, and private investors. His areas of specialization also include financial planning and supervision. He has in-depth knowledge and vast expertise in business development, international marketing, business and strategic consulting.

In addition to his management functions, Mr. Danilov worked in the following areas:

• business plans for private investors, investment funds, state funds, industrial and technological companies, and commercial banks in Israel, Austria, and UK;
• business development and international marketing;
• business and strategic consulting;
• business training for entrepreneurs and managers.

Mr. Danilov's extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for progress is one of the major forces driving to success. In his capacity as a General Manager, Eldanel benefits tremendously from his guidance.

Mr. Taytsel came to Eldanel with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and German Literature from Brandeis University in the United States and 5 years of experience in performing analytical work in the field of telecommunications, energy software and computer technology, analyzing investment opportunities in Latin America and Europe.

Prior to joining Eldanel in 2000 as a consultant in the North American market, Mr. Taytsel worked for Global Equity Group of Zurich Scudder Investments in New York He was responsible for conducting fundamental analysis of European technology and media corporations, building financial valuation models of companies and participating in the investment recommendation process.

Prior to his association with Zurich Scudder Investments, Inc., Mr. Taytsel served as intern for one of the biggest commercial banks in the United States and as commodities futures trader.

Mr. Taytsel is a USA citizen residing in New York. He brings to Eldanel a wealth of knowledge and experience in the international markets and business development trends.

Mr. Kirill Sushenok,
Consultant in Business Development for Western Europe, Specialist in agriculture, ecology and biotechnologies.

Mr. Sushenok holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Management from the Haifa University (Israel). He has vast experience in project management and business development.

Prior to joining Eldanel as a consultant in the agriculture, food industry, ecology and biotechnology fields, Mr. Sushenok served as General Manager for the Mega-Fish Systems LTD (Israel) engaged in the development of the unique technology in the field of biotechnologies.

Prior to working for Mega-Fish, Mr. Sushenok held executive position in the Consulting Department of the Tel-Aviv Business Development Center, Israel.

Mr. Sushenok is a UK citizen residing in London. He has contributed extensively to the business development of Eldanel in Western Europe. Together with his project management and business management skills Mr. Sushenok is a valuable member of the team.

Mrs. Irena Danilov,
Marketing Manager.

Mrs. Danilov holds a Master's Degree in Automated Control Systems from the State Academy of Aerospace Instrument Making (Saint-Petersburg, Russia).

She comes to the company with 10 years experience in sales & marketing and project management.

Prior to joining Eldanel, she worked as Administrative Manager for Baran Group Ltd., the market leader in Israeli's engineering field.

Prior to working for Baran, she served as a Marketing Manager for Yeda Computers & Software (Israel 1982), IMC Apple Computer - ISRAEL, for Elonex Ltd. (United Kingdom) and for Kur Communication (Israel).

Prior to working in the marketing field, Mrs. Danilov gained over 15 years experience in the field of industrial processes and enterprises automation.

Mrs. Danilov is a licensed consultant for the Israel Ministry of Industry and Trade since 2000. It is her extensive experience and knowledge of sales & marketing that makes her a valuable and contributory member of the Eldanel team.


Miss Julia Zubko,
Business Coordinator.

Miss Zubko achieved a Bachelors Degree in English and French languages from the Omsk University (Russia) for excellence.

In 1995, Miss Zubko attended a training course at the Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center within the Russian American Vocational Exchange Program in Ohio, USA. She is also a graduate of the Business Coordinator's course at Eldanel Business Solutions & Services.

Miss Zubko has vast experience working as Executive assistant and information coordinator. She works well in a team environment.
