2001

In 2001 we conducted complete business mentoring of a number of technological start-ups, represented Israeli technological companies at meetings with potential investors, consulted our clients on various business aspects: company valuation, business modeling, development of business strategies and financial planning. In 2001 we approached our clients with novel packages which include the following services: collection and analysis of business information, promotion and business strategy development, business modeling. We were privileged to work with entrepreneurs in various industrial fields such as energy, environment, biotechnology, and industrial technologies.

2000

In 2000 we developed and applied a new system for analysis of the marketing potential of a technological project. We participated in international project in the field of medical equipment and in IT project. Our professional achievements this year are also measured by the following activities: we conducted a number of market research and studies, developed several novel types of business plans, prepared exclusive studies in the fields of business and promotion strategies, represented Israeli companies abroad as well as various foreign companies in Israel.

1999

Since 1999 Eldanel has taken an active part in servicing for small start-up technological companies and specializing in market research, preparation of business plans, business modeling, development of marketing plans and strategies. In 1999 we worked with Internet and IT projects. We developed marketing promotion and business strategies for small technological and research companies. Since 1999, we have provided services for foreign companies. Eldanel participated in five projects connected to financial control and investment evaluation.

1998

Since 1998, Eldanel is a licensed consultant in international marketing for the Israeli Export Institute. We started servicing small Israeli exporters. We assisted the companies in receiving investment from the Overseas Marketing Encouragement Fund, conducted analytical market studies, developed the system for analysis and control of business information. In 1998 we successfully conducted a seminar on different financial systems and banking activities. We continued our activities in the fields of management reorganization, application of accounting systems, analysis and control of business information. We put many efforts on strategic consulting and development of unique business models for our clients.

Our clients were investment companies, firms specializing in analysis of business information, engineering companies, producers of furniture, light industry equipment, food, travel agencies, publications, retail and wholesale suppliers, transport firms, producers of gifts and souvenirs, building contractors, public and state-run organizations.

1997

Since 1997, Eldanel is a licensed business consultant for the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade. In 1997 Eldanel provided consulting services in strategic and financial planning and management to small and middle-size businesses in Israel. We helped companies raise funds from Israeli public and state-run funds and banks, reorganized management system, applied accounting and planning systems. We succeeded in managing the training course for entrepreneurs on start up business management. Besides these activities, we participated in three projects connected to financial control and conducted a number of analytical market studies.

Our client companies in 1997 were construction firms, engineering companies, firms specializing on computer soft- and hardware sales, food & beverage producers, manufacturers of electronics, public and state organizations.
